Charging Reminder

1 The Inchcape One+ charging station uses "pay-per-use" as the main charging mechanism, and will only charge based on the energy consumed.
2 If charging is unsuccessful, Inchcape One+ will not deduct any fees. You can try to unplug and recharge.
3 There is no free charging at the Inchcape One+ charging station.

Please note that charging will be automatically terminated in the following circumstances:

1 Fault detection: overheating, high current or voltage
2 Poor connectivity between the EV and the charger
3 Charging time has expired
4 Power has reached the maximum capacity of the EV

Frequently Asked Questions

The Mobile App supports devices using iOS 15.0 or above, and Android 8.0 or above.

In order to protect the user's account security, the user can only log in on one mobile device at a time; If the user logs in to the account on other devices, the smartphone application will be automatically logged out.

Coupons are applicable promotional discounts during the promotion period. The charging credit after redemption will be automatically added to the account, and the user cannot transfer the credits to others or exchange it for cash.

If the application fails to download:

  • Check if the iOS or Android version matches our mobile app
  • Check if you are connected to a data network and restart your phone to try again
  • Check the available storage space of the phone, it is recommended that the available space is not less than 100 MB
  • Check to make sure Download Manager is on (Android only)

If the app fails to open:

  • Restart the phone
  • Delete and re-download and install the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play Store

Please make payment directly on the Inchcape One+ App. Inchcape One+ currently supports credit card payment methods.

Please note that charging will be automatically terminated in the following circumstances:

  1. Fault detection: overheating, high current or voltage
  2. Poor connectivity between the EV and the charger
  3. Charging time has expired
  4. Power has reached the maximum capacity of the EV

Users are required to unplug within 15 minutes after charging is completed, otherwise there will be an overstay penalty of $4 per minute.

Inchcape One+ charging station currently provides:

  2. DC 60kw fast charger

Inchcape One+'s charging facilities are compatible with all brands of electric vehicles

The charging power of electric vehicles will vary depending on the

  • Electric vehicle battery capacity
  • Electric vehicle battery status (State of Charge)
